Return Policy

Returns for

  • Customer not satisfied with quality of product
  • Damage during shipment
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Return for selected pin codes will be arranged by Resham Bazaar
  • Cost of return courier paid by Resham Bazaar

Intimation for return must be given within 3 days of product receipt. Intimation must be given by email or WhatsApp message.

Resham Bazaar will review the returned product within 5 days of receipt. Replacement of the product will be sent within 7 days of receipt if available in stock. If product is not available in stock, Resham Bazaar will refund the entire amount via the same payment method.

Returns shall be packed as sent and should have all the tags intact. It should also include all accessories and instructions leaflets.

If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item.

No returns for

  • Color not matching to product photo on website.
  • Design not matching customer understanding.
  • Product used, altered, tampered and damaged by customer.
  • No returns will be entertained on sarees with stitched blouses.
  • Intimation to Resham Bazaar for return after 3 days of product receipt.
  • Any other reason not mentioned in policy

All Resham Bazaar products are quality certified before shipment.
